Homebuyers have incredible real estate options in the Nashville area.  Available single family homes, townhomes, condos, farms, and land are located across Middle Tennessee.  Suburbs in Williamson County such as Brentwood, Franklin, and Spring Hill are to the south and keep commutes short.  Smyrna and Murfreesboro in Rutherford County are to the southeast and maintain easy access to Nashville.

For those relocating and needing reference, Williamson County is just south of the urban core of what's considered Nashville.  Traveling south out of Nashville, you'll first see homes for sale in Brentwood. Continuing, you will enter the Cool Springs area which is on the border of Brentwood and Franklin (but technically Franklin).  Franklin is next, and includes more density with single family homes, townhomes, and condos. Near I-840, it blends into Thompson's Station and Spring Hill.

Nashville proper is the urban core of Middle Tennessee. Homes and real estate include the full spectrum of single family homes, HRPs, townhomes, and condos. Additionally, high-rise communities with spectacular views of the city are a popular option.
