Helpful Tips: Each region has some slight variances on how they list property status. Take just a moment to review this information and it will make your property and report reviews more efficient.
- Active Properties - IMPORTANT - properties currently available AND properties that are under contract but still have contingencies such as proof of financing, inspection period, buyer is selling an existing home, etc. If a home is under contract, one of these status levels will be listed on the property's page.
- Properties Under Contract / Pending - properties that have cleared all contingencies and are on their way to closing
- Sold Properties - properties that have successfully closed
