Our family thoroughly enjoys grilling out and watching TV together. Both activities are great times to be shared with friends and can be done year-round if you brave the chilly temps for winter grilling. - Buyer must sign an exclusive buyer's agency agreement with myself - Shaun J. Larson
- Gift must be requested in writing and signed by both parties prior to a home purchase
- Buyer must successfully close on a home purchase with me - Shaun J. Larson - being the fully compensated buyer's agent for the home purchase. Any referral fees or the like involved in the transaction will reduce the gift by that same percentage.
- Home purchase price must be $275,000 or greater
- Value of gift is approximately $750 and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Delivery is within 4 weeks of closing barring any supplier delays or seasonal unavailability
- Exact gift model # may vary with product availability at the time of delivery (manufacturers change model #s often), but the value will remain the same.
- Offer subject to expiration at any time prior to a signed gift agreement
- Only one gift per transaction and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, incentives, or contributions.
If you, your friends, or family members are making a home purchase in my coverage area, I would love to put a Weber grill on their back porch OR a Samsung TV in their family room to allow the fun times to begin! This is the same style grill and TV our own family has and we LOVE them both!
