• If you have a home to sell outside our local area, we can establish and coordinate a local purchasing plan that is in synch with your selling plan in your area.
• We will get you established with financing.  That may be cash or financing from a lender.  We will get that plan established to ensure you're ready to act on the perfect home when you see it rather than losing it to another more prepared buyer.
• We'll define the home you wish to purchase.  Maybe you already have a community in mind, and know the types of ammenities you would like and places of town you would like to be near.  Together, we can evaluate your options to refine your area of preference.
• You will get to visit homes that interest you and we'll evaluate each one by comparing it to your goals.
• Once a home matches your wants and needs, we'll begin the process of securing it for purchase.  That includes negotiating terms and locking those in under contract.
• Next, we'll navigate the process of inspections to eliminate surprises and confirm the home's condition.
• Once all contingencies are satisfied, we'll carry you right to closing on your new home after which you will own your next home and get to enjoy all that it includes.
