Pre-Approval & Proof of Funds
It's time to purchase which means it's time to have the funds ready no matter if that's lending or if you have a bucket of cash. Sellers in our area want proof of that up-front. Now, you may know that you've got the money lined up, but sellers usually don't know their buyers, so they require third-party proof. For mortgages, that's a pre-approval letter (not pre-qualified) from the lender. If you've got your bucket of cash stuffed in an account, the seller wants to see a proof of funds letter from that bank or institution. Let's take a look at the video and I'll explain it all.
