Amenities
In general real estate terms, amenities are those things or aspects that improve the enjoyment (and sometimes value) of one's home in the environment it exists. These can be tangible or intangible. Examples may be community pools, fitness centers, club houses, underground utilities, walking paths, well-manicured green spaces.
