As Is
A term indicating a property will be conveyed in the present condition without alterations, repairs, or improvements. While the term itself often is interpreted as there are defects, the term itself is simply indicating there will be no improvements as part of the sale. In most cases, the condition of "as is" does not remove the seller's obligation of sharing knowledge of adverse facts about the property.
