There is SO much involved with selling a home, and even if a homeowner has done it 5, 10, 15 times, there is always something new to learn. Home selling also varies per state and region. Not only can the normal protocols vary, but so can the literal legalities in terms of the documents used for the transactions. Yes, there is always something to learn.

As a broker having worked with many homeowners as well as buyers, I'm privileged to witness it all. So, the 10 Home Seller Tips I offer here will include a few non-typical suggestions that you don't normally see on "tip lists", but they are some of the ones that can impact the outcome the most. Yes, the list could have been 100, but I've kept it to 10 for easy reading. When it comes time to sell though, we'll address the other 90.
