It's hard to say when exactly it all started, so let's say many many years ago. Shaun has long been familiar with the kitchen, and has always been efficient at baking a variety of treats. There's something about cookies though. They're just a nice little compact treat that is self-contained, easy to manage, and out-of-this-world crazy good when done right. Now, there are a LOT of cookies on this planet and sometimes a simple off-the-shelf Oreo fits the need just as good as the most-gourmet cookie right out of the oven, so we're not here to rank them. We're just here to say that Shaun has nearly perfected his chocolate chip cookie, and they have established quite a local following for a number of years. You may have even had them already at a friend's home or business and not have known it.
Thousands upon thousands of cookies have been given away over the years. Friends, family, clients, business associates have all enjoyed them to the point where they're now requested. Maybe one day the secret recipe will make its way to the market, but in the meantime, Shaun greatly enjoys sharing them. Yes, he does bake them himself. You'll frequently see him warming the oven or off-loading trays while he's pondering his business planning, working out a new construction plan, or waiting on a reply to the latest offer on a client's property. Sometimes, that oven is roaring late at night for a tomorrow delivery because he's rather particular on the freshness of them. While Shaun does make a collection of flavors, he focuses on his chocolate chip cookies which many claim have been perfected.
