I have found that most everyone likes to talk about real estate in some form or fashion including those who are thinking about buying or selling, those who dream of building a home, and those who need to make a transition quickly due to a life change, but where to go for answers to what sometimes are basic questions that someone may be shy about asking? Here's the place.
Brentwood Library - the Fall Room - April 5th, 2-5pm
I have set aside this time for anyone to visit and participate in the conversation. Drop by any time 2-5 pm. Stay as little or long as you like. Ask the questions you have. Listen to what others may ask or have to contribute. This is not a presentation. This is a conversation. The room is a small conference room, so seating genuinely is limited.
Additional Details:
- The Brentwood Library is on Concord Rd near the YMCA.
- The Fall Room is to the absolute far left side of the building after you enter - down near the study & computer rooms.
- Come between 2-5 pm. Stay how long you like.
- I am happy to generate MLS reports for anyone who needs them. This can be on homes you're thinking about, or the community you're in now.
- If you're considering new construction, definitely come. In addition to working with clients who build, our own family has gone through the process 3 times so I can share a lot about this topic.
That's it - plain and simple. I'm there to help you with any questions you may have about real estate. If you want to learn more about me, here's a link: About Shaun
Hope to see you soon!
